3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:
- Provide necessary access to websites, CMS platforms, analytics accounts (like Google Analytics, Search Console).
- Supply required materials or approvals in a timely manner. Delays in client approval may affect campaign timelines.

4. Payment Terms

Our services are billed on a recurring monthly subscription basis unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely via our merchant partners (Stripe/PayPal). Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.

5. Guarantees and Expectations

While we use data-driven, whitehat SEO techniques, no SEO agency can guarantee specific rankings on Google or other search engines due to the nature of their proprietary algorithms. We guarantee delivery of the agreed deliverables and transparent reporting.

6. Intellectual Property

Any content, strategies, or proprietary reports provided by WhitehatBuzz remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, the client owns the copyright to the specific content assets created for their website.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WhitehatBuzz, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or digital reputation, arising from your use of the service or any algorithm updates from search engines.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement according to the terms outlined in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. You must notify us in writing to cancel services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
