Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations
Our SEO service packages (Starter, Professional, Elite) operate on a month-to-month subscription basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be received in writing at least 7 days prior to your next billing date.
2. How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription, please email your dedicated account manager or reach out to us at [email protected]. We will process your cancellation promptly and confirm via email.
3. Refund Policy
Because our services involve significant upfront labor, strategy development, and manual execution (such as auditing, content creation, and outreach), we do not offer refunds on fees already paid for past or current billing cycles.
If you cancel mid-cycle, we will continue to fulfill the agreed deliverables for the remainder of that billing period.
4. Exceptions for Undelivered Work
If WhitehatBuzz completely fails to deliver the core components of the service package as outlined in your agreement within the agreed timeframe, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund for that specific month. Such requests must be submitted within 30 days of the missed deadline and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
5. Technical Audits (One-Time Fees)
If you purchased a standalone technical audit (outside of a subscription package), refunds are only provided if work has not yet commenced. Once access is granted and our team begins the audit process, the fee becomes non-refundable.
6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
We kindly ask that you contact us directly to resolve any billing issues before filing a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider (Stripe/PayPal limits). Invalid chargebacks may result in the immediate suspension of services and associated domains.
